Colonial V17271ST 1-1/2" Schedule 80 PVC True Union Ball Check Valve (271 Series), EPDM O-ring and seal. Supplied with both socket and female NPT threaded end connectors. Prevents backflow to protect pumps, filters and process equipment, and keeps tanks from draining down.
- Pressure rating: 235 psi, non-shock water at 73°F (per ASTM F1970)
- Materials: PVC Type I (cell 12454) body, ball, gland, connectors and union nuts; EPDM seal and O-ring
- Standards: Sch 80 dimensions per ASTM D2467 (socket) and D2464 (threaded)
- Installation: vertical (upward flow) or horizontal with at least 5 psi (12 ft head) backflow to seat the ball. Install at least 10x pipe diameter from a pump. Not for slurries, compressed air or gas.
- Flow coefficient: Cv 84
- Dimensions (socket/thread): A 6.594" overall laying length; C 3.188"; D 3.813"; E 5.031"; F 1.375" (flanged version length 9.719")

Return policy
You have 30 days to return the product.
You must use a RMA form for approval; returns / exchanges sent back without acquiring the RMA form will not be accepted. Returns / exchanges must be postmarked for return within 14 business days of the delivery date or it will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in the original packaging, contain all components, and be in new condition. Returns may require additional information or a photo of the item(s) to process the return. Returns received without the proper return label may take more than 10 business days to credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Power Equipment (products that use gas and oil) – Power Equipment products are not eligible for return once it has been oiled or gassed. Once oiled or gassed it cannot be shipped by law.
