Thyrm SwitchBack 3.0 Flashlight Ring FAQs

What does "deep carry" mean?

It means the clip lets your flashlight sit very low inside your pocket, just like a pocket knife. This keeps it hidden and sneaky. It is great for staying low-profile until you need your light.

Why does the clip have two positions?

You can move the clip "up" or "down". The "up" spot hides the light deep in your pocket. The "down" spot makes it easy to quickly grab the tailcap button.

What is a breakaway ring?

The ring is designed to snap open if it's pulled too hard. This keeps your finger safe if the light gets caught on something. You can easily snap it back together after it pops open to use it again.

Will the clip scratch my clothes or car seats?

No, the pocket clip is made of smooth, polished steel. This stops it from scratching other things it bumps into.

Is it hard to hold if my hands are wet?

No, the ring has extra bumps on it to give you a better grip. This makes it easy to hold and use, even when it is raining or your hands are wet.

How do I know if this ring will fit my flashlight?

You can check the compatibility guide to find out. Just type in the make and model of your light to see if it fits. It works with many lights that have a 1-inch tailcap.
