1. Please make sure there's enough space for truck to drive and park.
2. Please make sure the weather condition and ground condition is good.
3. Please make sure the delivery site is a flat and firm gound.
4. Please make sure there's no overhead obstructions.
We use flatbed trucks to deliver your 40ft HC containers. It is customers' responsibilities to unload the container from the flatbed truck. A crane to unload is recommended. If you're using a forklift or equivalent to unload, please make sure the loading capacity and balance and other safety concerns. We currently don't have tilted trucks for unloading.
If you qualify for sales tax exemption, please submit your exemption details and supporting documents. Our team will review your request, and once approved, your account will be updated to receive tax-exempt checkout on eligible purchases.

Return policy
You have 45 days to return the product. Returned items must be in the original packaging, contain all components, and be in new condition. Returns may require additional information or a photo of the item(s) to process the return. Returns received without the proper return label may take more than 10 business days to credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Power Equipment (products that use gas and oil) – Power Equipment products are not eligible for return once it has been oiled or gassed. Once oiled or gassed it cannot be shipped by law.
